Mission: This working group is looking at Best Practices for providing and consuming authoritative data. The primary goal of this charter is to define the common types of changes, determine the format for conveying changes to downstream consumers, and specify tooling options for publishing changes that allow for cached data to be synced and updated. This work is specifically looking to provide recommendations that allow for the creation of a common toolset that works across authorities supported by different agencies.. The working group is a mix of providers of authorities, consumers of authorities, and developers who create the tools to facilitate the intersection.
