- How to anticipate cancellations
- We should add some language to the renewal letter about letting us know whether or not they plan to renew
- Reach out to Gold and Platinum members to confirm intent to renew
- Need to take a coordinated approach
- Messaging needs to be constructive and proactive
- E.g. webinar series featuring tips and advice on how to use technologies in a time of crisis
- Mic will participate in a call with European VIVO members tomorrow, and this will be a topic for discussion
- Members are seeing increased VIVO usage during the pandemic

- Michele Mennielli Will talk to LYRASIS colleagues about allowing VIVO members to pay invoices in non USD currency.
- Ann Beynon Ask Tec Monterrey if they are connecting their DSpace to their VIVO. This could be a good webinar topic for the future. I asked them on March 18. No response yet.
