1. How to anticipate cancellations
2. We should add some language to the renewal letter about letting us know whether or not they plan to renew
3. Reach out to Gold and Platinum members to confirm intent to renew
   1. Need to take a coordinated approach
4. Messaging needs to be constructive and proactive
   1. E.g. webinar series featuring tips and advice on how to use technologies in a time of crisis
   2. Mic will participate in a call with European VIVO members tomorrow, and this will be a topic for discussion
5. Members are seeing increased VIVO usage during the pandemic

Housekeeping

1. Change this group to be an interest group
2. Change meeting time if someone from a European timezone wants to join
3. Update task force wiki landing page to be more up to date

Action Items

• Michele Mennielli Will talk to LYRASIS colleagues about allowing VIVO members to pay invoices in non USD currency.
• Ann Beynon  Ask Tec Monterrey if they are connecting their DSpace to their VIVO.  This could be a good webinar topic for the future. I asked them on March 18. No response yet.
• Ann Beynon  Check if Dec 2019 VIVO webinar is posted to the LYRASIS education site.  Here is the link http://lyrasis.adobeconnect.com/pveutastd4mh/.  I haven't received confirmation that this is posted on the LYRASIS site.
