1. Getting started.  An MVP around publications.  Should be able to plug in other discovery/fetch scenarios.  Other data (education, positions) can come later.
2. Need to start a Google Doc to draft specs

   1. Web API for converting a rectangle (JSON) of people into a graph (RDF) that can replace the data loader named graph in VIVO
   2. Tool (UI for the data loader) that accepts the rectangle, calls the API, which produces the replacement graph, and replaces the graph in VIVO
      1. the production of RDF for publications involves calling an external API (Catalyst Web Service for PubMed, other for Web of Science) and then using its results to call PubMed or Web of Science to get the actual publication metadata.
   3. Publication confirmation template widget
   4. Ontology assertions regarding confirmation (notAuthor), property of authorship "confirmed"
