- i18n: person's domain appears in English in French capability map

For a person with a given domain, eg. Music in their profile and where the french version has the correct french version 'Musique', in the capability map, the domain appears in English.
- i18n: searching the capability map is both case aware and case unaware

For a newly created capability, eg. 'Ontologie', searching the capability map for 'ontologie' retrieves the correct corresponding people, but the lowercase search term appears alongside and unconnected to the correctly cased spelling 'Ontologie'.
