Agenda:
Meeting facilitated by Anne Lawrence
- Documentation Sprint
- Review of first documentation sprint and discuss next steps
- Gail's comments from first sprint:
- Attendance was very low.
- We should probably make known our need for the wiki and the DSpace 7 demo instance to be up and running during the sprints. Share dates and times with... whom? And who would be our technical contacts if one or the other is down?

Some attendees of the writing sprint wanted to learn more about DSpace 7.
Some writers favor images but we need also need to make sure all images are accessible.
Technical problems during last sprint - couldn't post to wiki one day and demo site was down one day
Need to have technical contacts, need to avoid maintenance schedule
Got 2 bug reports - need to submit to JIRA?
Planned DSpace release in February - on track?
Low participation in first sprint.
Possible remedy: combine test-a-thon with writing?
Apologies
