Meeting minutes and notes:

Website update: no new news but we did work on revamping the look of the main LYRASIS.org so you can see the graphic design possibilities. See http://www.lyrasis.org. If you scroll, you will also see the multi-lingual options at the bottom provided by Google translate. This will be available on all LYRASIS.org pages in the future. This includes the DSpace.org areas.

Welcome to DSpace for those who register their DSpace instance update: Mic did a wonderful job with this welcome letter draft: https://docs.google.com/document/d/16z3KAP7LxCKLMFAohIOkof_xZswCTiDFghcH5qocp-g/edit. We all agree to not mention or push for membership with this letter. This letter is to inform people registering about the DSpace community and how to be involved. Mic will begin using it as we all agreed upon the copy. Nice work!

Testathon marketing: During an internal DSpace staff meeting, I was asked if we could help with Testathon marketing pushes. Yes. This makes sense. Jenn will reach out to Maureen Walsh to see how we can help and when. Bram posted the Testathon DSpace 6 wiki page, DSpace Release 6.0 Testathon Page, and we'll check and see if we can or someone can replicate it. We can help tweet and blog.

Youtube Transcripts: Will place on the agenda for next meeting.

Digital Swag + Zoom decals: A lot of discussion around this: can we create a digital promotional pack: powerpoint templates, zoom backgrounds, icons and logos of various sizes for the website, yes! A larger conversation turned to is there a way we can support or offer a webinar or Forum toolkit much like ArchivesSpace? We feel we could either sponsor or provide expertise for User groups that are not as well funded or provide consistency in promoting DSpace globally. See ArchivesSpace Forum in a Box: https://archivesspace.org/using-archivesspace/archivesspace-forums. We will continue this discussion especially how we can assist underfunded or unknown user groups.

Group reminder: Pascal will be sharing dates and information about his user group meeting in April. DSpacetweets will tweet/retweet.
