Individual points of focus for sprint

• Sacha - testing (capability map)

• Michel - en_CA (default being 'en'), regression tests (benchmarking)
  • Need to match lang/locale, the just lang/diff-locale
  • JVM only needs to support en_US
  • Goal: decide if en_US is default
• Rachid - testing Research section
• Matthias - German lang files (and 1739)
