• One-to-one outreach: Anyone interested? Reach out to DSpace institutions and ask them about membership.

• Member summit idea: It has been done in the past (in the DuraSpace days ... as a DuraSpace project summit). Would it be beneficial to have a virtual summit? When to do it? Response:
  • Kristi: likes the idea, would be beneficial to members.
  • Maureen: Could have two per year.
  • Jyrki: Please keep time differences in mind. (Seconded by Pascal.)
  • Maureen: Could have meetings a & b to accommodate time differences.

14    Communications/Outreach

• Holger: Video series that explains DSpace community and how to get involved. 1st video ready for feedback will be sent via email.
• Maureen: Excellent work. Not public yet. Please offer feedback by end of the day on 2/26.

• Lautaro Matas: LA Referencia update. Looking for ways to measure impact, working on translating documentation and creating new documentation. Offering training. Focused on Latin America but expects results to benefit others globally. Will share meeting information on request.
