    1. UMD has a number of local projects, unable to contribute to Fedora 6 sprints in the short-term
      1. Moving a number of local VMs into Kubernetes
    2. NLM making a similar push
      1. Migrating outdated CentOS systems
      2. Not enough support yet to push everything to AWS before EOL
      3. Also looking at Kubernetes
    3. NLM Fedora migration testing
      1. Encountered some errors but these have since been resolved
      2. Still need to introduce NLM specifics to the new Fedora 6 environment
        1. Define target end state
      3. Also working on some load testing
  2. Fedora 6.x Testing
    1. Andrew tested creating ~15 million empty containers with no major issues
      1. Tests have been against Postgres so far, still need to test other DBs
    2. Also tested S3 but much slower
  3. Alpha/Beta release
    1. Planning on a release in November
    2. Alpha or beta?
      1. Alpha might not get tested, folks might wait until beta
      2. What is the target audience?
        1. Ready for testing outside the tech team
      3. Alpha/beta distinction is not as important as the context we provide with the release
    3. What do we need to encourage testing?
      1. Docker would be ideal for testing
