Contribute to the DSpace Development Fund

The newly established DSpace Development Fund supports the development of new features prioritized by DSpace Governance. For a list of planned features see the fund wiki page.

DSpace User Groups are community-led initiatives organized around shared countries, regions, or languages. These groups enable participants to exchange information about their activities, projects, events, and ideas.

The global DSpace Community brings together thousands of users from institutions across the world — a vibrant, open, and engaged network of developers, repository managers, and decision makers.

DSpace actively supports the creation and coordination of User Groups to strengthen communication among them and to promote their activities. These groups also play a key role in helping DSpace Governance understand community needs and priorities, ensuring they are reflected in the project’s direction and development.

This page and its sub-pages serve as a collaborative hub for institutions to coordinate efforts and discuss topics relevant to specific countries or regions.

If you are interested in starting a new National User Group in your country or region, please contact us at info@dspace.org.

If you are a National User Group Coordinator planning your next event, you can find the Events Guidelines here.
