Upcoming elections for 3 seats on Steering and Vice Chair of Leadership/Steering. Watch for calls for nominations. Call for nominations for Chair of DCAT is open until Oct 4th - Leadership is encouraged to nominate themselves and/or share with members of their institutions.

The new DSpace website is live. If you find any issues, add rows to the Google sheet previously shared.

Future Planning

The Chair gave an overview of the DSpace 9 planning process. The DSpace 9 Planning Group went over their summary document shared ahead of time and their recommendations for DSpace 9 and 10. The Chair gave an overview of the Steering discussions and shared Steering's recommendations for Leadership.

Ecosystem

Susanna gave a brief overview of DSpace-CRIS. 4Science created videos to provide more information about DSpace-CRIS prior to the meeting.

Discussion

The group discussed potential priorities for DSpace 9.0 and DSpace 10.

Next Steps

The Chair will send out a ballot for voting on priorities for DSpace 9.
