The eighth annual Aviva conference was held while Cornell medical school in New York City.I arrived on Tuesday and settled into my air B&BApartment, The fifth floor walk up.

On Wednesday, Participated in workshop regardingAnd may see recordsChallenges and identificationThe People worksI hope through the exchanges of the workshop that people involved in cataloginHave a betterUnderstandingThe needs of the Vivaah communityComeAnd that we have a better understanding of the needs of the capital.
Lunch on Wednesday was a group that involved Christian husky and violet link,We have to into the street and ended up in the Cornell cafeteria.
Later in the day we had a meeting of theYou should group and steering group the Aviva project.We DiscussedStrategic plan, Membership, participation,The budget,And next years conference.Wasn't very engaged meeting,And I'm proud of foodParticipation the group.
Wednesday night,David Wilcox and I,I Had an opportunity to go toRadio city music Hall,And see Dave Chapelle,And the rootsCome.It was a great show.
Thursday was a very busy day.They started with an outstanding keynote presentation by Christina Palmieri the Pratt Institute regarding use of linked data in jazz historical archives.Who did Akon, John Ferrera, and Violet Violet like an night, had aPresentation onUnusual applications for Vivaah I presented regarding research graph.
Following the presentations and manage to get out into the street for Nathan's hot dog.At had lunch we had a ontology interested meeting.We were joined by Jim Hensler from the tethered worldInstitute.The conversation revolved aroundOntological change.Jim made the point that we should be considering how to accommodate previous versions of the ontology rather than having upgrades that require our data to change. Dave Eichmann offered some approaches to being able to do this.Intelligence have discussed this ideaBut it seems difficult in some of the real situations that people faces.
The afternoon more contributed presentations followed by the poster session.I thought the posters session was a great success much good work being presented in a wide variety of different areas having to do with evil implementation.I had two posters one on the Aviva roadmap, and one on the voting block chain with Alex Garcia Castro. Had a chance to meet many people in the community share ideas with them.
Thursday evening, the diversity of people had a chance to get togetherI Have a nice dinner.
