Dates & Location
This year's VIVO Implementation Fest will be held on the University of Colorado Boulder campus on Thursday and Friday, April 25 and 26, 2013. The VIVO team in the Faculty Affairs office at CU-Boulder are generously hosting the event again and coordinating local arrangements, and we will once again have access to the Colorado Law facilities that worked very well in 2012.
Logistics
Registration
An online registration form will be linked to from this page when it goes live in early March. There will be no cost to register or attend.
Hotel
A special rate of $84 per night has been arranged at the Best Western Plus hotel within easy walking distance from the Wolf Law Building.
Transportation
There is a Super Shuttle available as well as a very reasonable and reliable Regional Transport District (RTD) public bus direct from Denver International Airport to Boulder.
Schedule

An optional day of coding on VIVO or other technical work will likely be scheduled for Saturday, April 27. If you think you might be interested, please make travel plans accordingly.
