Action Plan for 2020-21


At its September meeting, Steering recommended for review a draft of an Action Plan for DSpace Program Governance, to help prioritize work over the next year.

The Action Plan builds on recommendations from the It Takes A Village program assessment conducted by LYRASIS last year.

The Plan should be viewed as a working document that will be adjusted over time and by the groups charged with taking on the work.

The new and returning Leaders and Lyrasis representatives introduced themselves.  Kristi observed that she was excited about the fresh perspectives represented on the group and encouraged the new Leaders to reach out to any of the members if they had any questions.
