This space is thought to make it easy for DSpace users in Brazil to share information about their activities, projects, events and ideas.

In Brazil there are over 90 DSpace installations and a vibrant community of users.

This page and its sub-pages are the platform to coordinate the collaboration among such institutions in order to facilitate discussions on Country specific themes.

Who is using DSpace in Brazil?

In the Duraspace Registry there are information about the current running DSpace installations in Brazil.

Please take a moment to look for your Institution and check whether the information are correct.

How to communicate

There are numerous ways to get in touch with the DSpace community, both at a global level (in English) and at the specific country level (in Portuguese).

Mailing Lists (in English)

There are several public DSpace mailing lists you can join, depending on what your particular interest is.


Brazilian mailing list (in Portuguese):

    • Sign up by clicking "Join Group"

 

Slack

DSpace is using Slack as communication platform. Within slack there is a new channel for the Brazilian DSpace User Group: dspace-br.

After joining the main DSpace Slack channel, just look for dspace-br and add it to your list.


Events

There are specific events organized for the Brazilian DSpace Community, bith virtual and in-person meetings.
