Không gian này là nơi giúp cho người dùng DSpace tại Việt Nam dễ dàng chia sẻ thông tin về các hoạt động, dự án, sự kiện và các ý tưởng của họ và giúp quảng bá chúng tới cộng đồng DSpace toàn cầu. Tại việt Nam, có một cộng đồng các thư viện và cơ quan tổ chức đang sử dụng phần mềm DSpace với số lượng vào khoảng gần 100 đơn vị. Trang này và các trang con của nó là nền tảng để điều phối sự hợp tác giữa các đơn vị tại Việt Nam nhằm tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các cuộc thảo luận về các chủ đề cụ thể trong quốc gia và các chủ đề được quan tâm.

This space is a place to help DSpace users in Vietnam easily share information about their activities, projects, events, and ideas and help promote them to the global DSpace community. In Vietnam, there is a community of libraries and organizations using DSpace software, which has nearly 100 units. This page and its subpages are a platform to coordinate collaboration between units in Vietnam to facilitate discussions on country-specific and interesting topics

2. Các cách thức trao đổi liên lạc trong cộng đồng  How to communicate

Có nhiều cách để liên lạc trong cộng đồng bao gồm cả cấp độ toàn cầu với cộng đồng DSpace chung và cấp độ trong từng quốc gia cụ thể.

There are numerous ways to get in touch, both at a global level with the general DSpace Community and at the specific country level.

2.a. Danh sách Mail Mailing Lists

Danh sách theo quốc gia

  • Ở Việt Nam, hiện tại đang có một nhóm DSpace User Group trên Facebook. Thông qua nhóm này, người dùng DSpace và những người quan tâm đến DSpace và lĩnh vực thư viện đều có thể tham gia vào nhóm để trao đổi, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm, ý tưởng phát triển phần mềm cũng như đưa ra các vấn đề liên quan tới DSpace tại Việt Nam và các vấn đề khác. Bạn có thể yêu cầu tham gia group tại địa chỉ: https://www.facebook.com/groups/dspaceusergroup (click vào nút “Join Group”)
  • In Vietnam, there is currently a DSpace User Group on Facebook. Through this group, DSpace users and those interested in DSpace and the library field can join the group to exchange, share experiences, software development ideas as well as raise related issues. related to DSpace in Vietnam and other issues. You can request to join the group at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/dspaceusergroup (click on the “Join Group” button)

2.b. Slack

DSpace đang sử dụng  Slack làm nền tảng giao tiếp. Trong slack có một kênh dành cho DSpace User Group Việt Nam là: #dspace-vn . Vui lòng sử dụng mẫu đăng kí này để yêu cầu tham gia vào DSpace Slack. Sau khi tham gia kênh này, bạn chỉ cần tìm kiếm #dspace-vn và thêm nó vào danh sách của bạn.

DSpace is using Slack as a communication platform. Within Slack, there is a new channel for the South African DSpace User Group: #dspace-za . Please use this form to request to join the DSpace Slack channel. After joining the main DSpace Slack channel, just look for #dspace-za and add it to your list.
