  1.  4th Draft Quarter Financials (Laurie and or Terrie, 10 mins)

  • Overall, we are slightly ahead of revenue expectations and below expected expenses.
  • Slight variances (in VIVO’s favor) for revenue, salaries/consultants, travel, and IDC
  • Overall, $ 26,530 US positive to budget at the end of year. 
  • We have had several membership cancellations for the coming fiscal year, so we are unlikely to have similar positive variances next year.

Discuss having meetings again and whether we use or save our surplus.

  • Create a shared document on the future of meetings. I asked the Membership/Marketing team to organize a meeting to discuss the future of F2F meetings.
