Los participantes pudieron explorar la nueva interfaz de DSpace 7, más intuitiva y eficiente, y familiarizarse con las nuevas tecnologías implementadas. Uno de los cambios significativos es el uso del protocolo de autenticación de DSpace, que permite a los usuarios ingresar con credenciales ya existentes en otros sistemas institucionales, facilitando así el acceso y la gestión de registros.

During the training session, various technical and operational aspects of the upgrade were covered. Participants were able to explore the new, more intuitive and efficient DSpace 7 interface and become familiar with the new technologies implemented. One of the significant changes is the use of the DSpace authentication protocol, which allows users to log in with credentials already existing in other institutional systems, thus facilitating access and records management.
