Same as any Drupal module. There are no prerequisites other than IslandoraUnzip this module into your site's modules directory as you would any other contrib module. See this for further information.

$ drush pm-enable islandora_checksum |
Enable and set checksum type in Administration » Islandora » Islandora Utility Modules » Checksum (Go to admin/islandora/tools/checksum and turn on checksum creation, and select the checksum algorithm you would like to use.). To retroactively enable checksums on existing objects, enable and set checksum type if you have not already done so, and choose a collection and click on the 'Enable' button.
