1. New meeting format
- new format for agenda
- focus on the mtg is more on discussion, less about info sharing - info still on agenda - only feedback/comments/questions on info discussed
- agenda will be published on Friday before mtg - all are responsible for updating their "Actions" status as well as reviewing agenda info, noting feedback/comments/questions
- rotating note taker - starting alphabetically - will be announced by Friday before who note taker is

- request to move the mtg one hour later - new time will be 10:00am Eastern and 15:00 UTC - please let Val know if this time doesn't work for you
