2. Review ideas on DGOC logistics going forward

   1. proposal: since we've evolved our primary purpose (help w/reviewing JIRA requests and facilitate discussions), should we change our name to speak to new focus? If so, what do we call ourselves? CAT (Community Advisory Team)?
   2. meeting/s time to provide for more comprehensive discussions: alternate time each month - 9am/13:00 or 3pm/19:00

      1. we could have some members contribute asynchronously (currently have 12 DGOC members -- only 5 or 6 active because of timezone issues)
