   2. DSpace 1.7 release update

      2. Univ of Michigan - multi bitstream submission, need to change order in the display, will be proposing new feature in JIRA shortly once patch is developed

2. DGOC logistics going forward

   1. proposal: changed since we've evolved our primary purpose (help w/reviewing JIRA requests and facilitate discussions), should we change our name to speak to new focus? If so, what do we call ourselves? CAT (Community Advisory Team)?
   2. meeting/s time: alternate time each month
   3. recruiting new members - needs to be committed group that will show up -- target 108
