VIVO-ISF 1.6 relationship diagrams: Authorship

This diagram illustrates the vivo:Authorship as a Relationship connecting an author with an academic article.  Authorships may be linked to instances of vcard:Individual instead of foaf:Person through ingest (not yet via VIVO's interactive editing), but these "unknown person," VCard-only links are not included in the co-authorship visualizations.

The VCard object, as illustrated below, is simply a container for strings like name parts, email or postal addresses, and URLs, and can be useful for storing structured information when a listed coauthor's name cannot be matched accurately to a known person.
