VIVO on VIVO

VIVO on VIVO is our national effort to “eat our own dog food” as they say in IT. All VIVO team members are expected to have profiles in their institution’s VIVO systems. Please contact your implementation lead to find out how this is being done at your school. Information about VIVO on VIVO is available in the VIVO wiki at https://confluence.cornell.edu/display/ennsrd/VIVO+on+VIVO+instructions

Planning has begun for the first annual national VIVO conference to be held August 12 and 13 at the NY Hall of Science (http://www.nysci.org). A mix of workshops, sessions and posters will present VIVO, VIVO applications and the national network of scientists. Stay tuned for more info.

VIVO Resources

Please take a look at the VIVO web site (www.vivoweb.org) and the VIVO Wiki (https://confluence.cornell.edu/display/ennsrd/VIVO). These are our primary tools for keeping up with all things VIVO – the VIVO web site manages external communications and the VIVO wiki manages internal communications. In particular, you’ll want to subscribe to the VIVO blog (http://www.vivoweb.org/blog). If you use Facebook, you’ll want to become a fan of VIVO (http://www.facebook.com/VIVOCollaboration).
