VIVO Connectors are software bits that can be installed to connect VIVO to other systems and other systems to VIVO. Use cases for connectors include:

  • live presentation of VIVO data
  • synchronized/off-line replication of VIVO data for use at a later time
  • external system write into VIVO on a transactional basis
  • external system write into VIVO as a batch process
