Release announcement

I am delighted to announce the official release of Exhibit 3.0 Scripted (release candidate 1) and Staged (beta 2), available now from
Github and soon from a new Github account for simile-widgets.org.

We've published a lot of great new documentation on Exhibit 3 at the simile-widgets.org site, including a new downloadable PDF with everything you want to know about the new Exhibit and we'll be adding all of that doc to a new wiki page over the next few weeks so you can edit it as needed.

We've also published a proposed development roadmap for where we think we should go from here and will be proposing a community management process for Exhibit 3 soon.
