Diego shared the screen and presented the issue. Brian heard of a similar issue with one another VIVO customer. Georgy thinks this might be linked with this issue - https://github.com/vivo-project/VIVO/issues/3934. Dragan will try to reproduce the issue by using VIVO 1.14.x release, to cherry pick the commit which is resolving the issue https://github.com/vivo-project/VIVO/issues/3934 and check whether it is resolving the issue reported by Diego. If it is the case, we will publish a patch - VIVO 1.14.2.
