  • Salm and Rolf met with Pedro (POR). Working on methodology to understand requirements to update the ontology.
    • A list of competency questions will be shared by Jose Francisco Salm Jr  and discussed with Rolf Guescini on the limitations of the current ontology.
    • Rolf Guescini  and Jose Francisco Salm Jr will evaluate existing gaps once the list of competency questions use the VIVO ontology. They will look at existing ontologies that address Project class in more detailed manner and suggest scenarios to align with the VIVO ontology.

    • Academic domain is very heterogenous
    • Invitation was send to openprojects installation of HU Berlin
  • Rolf worked more on the project ontology

  • Update: Rolf and Tatiana had a meeting where spreadsheets were created on the VIVO KDSF extension and integration
  • Spreadsheets allowed Rolf to go into newer iterations
  • Now review process is needed

  • Next steps:
    • another meeting needed
    • review process has to be defined,
    • potentially Scrum methodology can be used for this development process
    • Rolf is working on this for now and will inform Tatiana and Christian when there is something to review
