  • Releases management

The release process is fixed, but unfortunately we have some bugs in codebase. There is an issue with running Vitro (separately from VIVO), and one issue for change listeners (and probably much more undetected). For two detected issues, GitHub issues should be open and PRs created. We should improve testing process before the new release preparation process is started. 

  • PRs reviewing

Can we relax PRs reviewing in the sprint? Not a good practice, it is better to keep at least two reviewers, but not mandatory VIVO committers. We can assign all sprint participants to each sprint PR, when we have at least one reviewer from the group of VIVO committers, and at least two reviewers in total, it is ready to be merged to the sprint staging branch.

Generally speaking going well - https://github.com/orgs/vivo-project/projects/2. The next sprint meeting is on Friday, February 25th, 2022 at 10am Eastern Time.
