2. Welcome package for new registered users
It was decided to add a "tab" to the "VIVO Sites" spreadsheet currently named "welcome email". We will add all the new registry entries to that tab and track who sends the emails to welcome them.
3. Harmonise data in the VIVO sites Google sheet with the ones in the Registry data Google sheet
We now have a new tab in the Registry data Google sheet called "Registry VS VIVO Sites". We want to use that information to contact prospects and clean up the registry.
Actions:
1- drafting a message for the inactive sites to ask them to update their entry or we'll remove their entry from the registry
2- checking with DTS how we can actually modify the entries if needed
3- check current members VS prospects (active sites) to identify the real prospects and decide how to work with them and engage them
