1. Announcements
Chair for today's meeting will be Mic. That might continue for next meetings too
2. Review new VIVO registered sites since last meeting
We'll need to find a way to track how many "welcome package" emails have been sent so far and to whom.
Action: Michele Mennielli will reach out to David to see if this list already exists, or work with the Membership team to find the emails and create a new spreadsheet for tracking.
3. Review process for VIVO sites registry
We need t harmonise data in the VIVO sites Google sheet with the ones in the Registry data Google sheet.
Action: Michele Mennielli will double check that the list of the inactive sites is up to date and then we'll split the sites among the group members to reach out to them to inform we'll delete the entry from the registry soon if the sites is really in active. This will give us the opportunity to establish a direct communication with the different organisations, asking why the site is not active and possibly help them. The goal though is to clean up the registry data.
4. User group meetings
The NA User Group meeting is scheduled for October 26. Julia is sending out the announcement shortly as well as the registration link. Registration will be on zoom.
The Spanish Speaking UG second meeting is also ready to be organised. Anna is working with the team of organisers to find the right time. Possibly te topic will be more about how to get started with VIVO.
Bruce Herbert is working on a 1-hour "intro to VIVO" webinar. The group discussed about the possiblity to have it recorded by mid-October to incentivise participation in the NA UG and the Spanish UG meeting (translating the recording in Spanish)
