  2. How can we drive revenue?
    1. One-time money is easier to get than recurring revenue
      1. Gather funds for specific objectives, e.g. VIVO in a Box
        1. Low buy-in (e.g. $1,000), higher amount gives you a seat at the table in terms of direction (e.g. $5,000)
    2. Membership: Reputation + open source, open access values
      1. Super membership - membership using more than one DuraSpace product pay more but have more influence, seats on boards, etc.
    3. Tiered service model
      1. Some services free, others at a cost
    4. Collecting user data
      1. Ask for info in order to download
