Interviews and Surveys

- Michele had discussion with Kim. She is not available until Nov.
- Benefits of using her include her experience/expertise in conducting surveys and the fact that it frees up the team for other activities
- Jonathan will be getting in touch with Kim for a more detailed discussion of the DfR needs
- Should plan to discuss the purpose of the survey and the interviews (as we see it). Show the list of assumptions we want to validate.
- Dan will start putting together the interview layout
- Should include some indication of whether the interview confirms/refutes assumptions
- Danny reaching out to researchers he knows
- One agreed to a half-hour phone interview
- One friend is ill at the moment, hoping to get referrals
- Waiting to hear back from another friend
- Should ask Carissa and Carol about DuraSpace/DuraCloud swag that we could hand out to researchers
