jk: June 24 resolver upgrade apparently went smoothly; CDL expects to manually edit the NAAN registry to add a few (3?) NAANs to accommodate something called "shadow" ARKs (that shouldn't have escaped into the wild but did escape unfortunately); also some edits to normalize CDL's EZID customer base
bc: problem that affects my NAAN curator work is that n2t.net/ark:12148 doesn't work as it used to (it used to return a record, now it's a 404 error)
jk: yes, this has been reported, as it is used also in a bunch of the training material out there for people to use to inspect the registry on a per-NAAN basis; for now one can find old usage at https://legacy-n2t.n2t.net/
bc: reminder of new union group list (https://groups.google.com/g/archival-resource-key-alliance) to reach all groups at once

Any news items we should blog about? Any calls for papers, submission deadlines, upcoming meetings we should note? Please add to Calendar of events.

jk: blog posts should begin to flow again because the arks.org static site maintenance procedures were updated to poll once an hour to pull in changes from the main branch of the github pages repo
bc: data.bnf.fr site is being completely revised, with enhanced way of dealing with ARKs and variants, and RDF from every page of the site
jk: are you willing to do a blog post?
bc: probably can do that; btw, we decided to drop content negotiation because of low demand
jk: support for inflections?
bc: don't know, I can find out more
sa: I can help mocking up the WACREN blog post on arks.org
bc: some Czech colleagues asked me about ARK history at BnF
jk: ARK tutorial coming July 29 at DLF in Michigan
jm: the NL ARK analysis data would make a good blog post: https://data.netwerkdigitaalerfgoed.nl/coret/-/stories/ARK-analysis

Review of in-progress issues

24 requests (2 of them were updates). 4 of them were handled by Romuald, who took over from June 29th to July 7th. Thanks to him!

Two pending requests: 478 (duplicate, they were apparently struggling with the OJS ARK plugin, I sent them some documentation) and 496 (asked the group about the eligibility).

Curator changeover as of today (standing schedule always found on group home page)

John primary, Jennifer secondary (July 17-31)
