1. VIVO in a box
   1. Bruce needs to finish VIAB white paper and share out
   2. Leaders need to be on board with a particular vision for VIVO
   3. VIVO Scholar experience - very difficult to get community feedback
   4. How best to get community feedback?
      1. Send proposal to community a couple weeks in advance
2. VIVO conference
   1. Present VIAB at the conference
      1. Julia will schedule a meeting with Bruce to talk about this
      2. LG needs to agree on what to present to the community
      3. Share an open document to get comments from the community - open for 3-4 weeks
      4. Start work by August/September

   2. Ask for membership increases or one-time contributions to achieve specific goals
