  • Added a set of definitions into the MOU 
  • Will add separate indirect fee rate for paid development into the indirect fees addendum
  • Edits made to introductory paragraphs, definitions and tenets of agreement

Next meeting (June 26): Finalize changes made to intro paragraphs, definitions and tenets. Discuss Lyrasis and DSpace Responsibilities sections.

  • Review edits to introductory paragraphs, Definitions, and Tenets of the Agreement in order to finalize on June 26.
  • Review and comment on remaining sections of MOU, with focus on Lyrasis Responsibilities and DSpace Responsibilities section.
