1. Report/update for the community (webinar)
   1. DSpace is doing this for bronze and copper members
   2. LYRASIS, governance, and project representation
   3. Updates, election reminder, discussions, Q&A
   4. Not a direct membership ask but a way to hear from members
   5. Should be open to anyone at a member organization
   6. Target mid-May - highlight conference and elections
2. VIVO Webinars
   1. Texas A&M seeing an uptick in usage
   2. Maybe something across projects?
   3. Could be a recurrent webinar series - once every week or two weeks

• Michele Mennielli Will talk to LYRASIS colleagues about allowing VIVO members to pay invoices in non USD currency.
