VIVO Operational Tasks

1. Group members will now receive notifications whenever a new VIVO site is added to the registry
2. We can review new sites at each meeting and update the prospects list as needed
3. We also have access to a list of active VIVO sites which can be used to supplement the prospects list

Prospect Tracking Sheet Review

1. Latin America is a promising area for building up a VIVO community
2. How effective is making "cold calls" to member prospects?
   1. Focus on how to grow communities and a sense of community in regions where there are members and/or strong prospects
   2. E.g. organize webinars, events, training, translations, surveys, issues with VIVO that they're trying to address, etc.
   3. Especially under current conditions we should start planning such activities for the future

Action Items

• Michele Mennielli Will talk to LYRASIS colleagues about allowing VIVO members to pay invoices in non USD currency.
• Ann Beynon  Ask Tec Monterrey if they are connecting their DSpace to their VIVO.  This could be a good webinar topic for the future. 
• Ann Beynon  Check if Dec 2019 VIVO webinar is posted to the LYRASIS education site.
