- Raised prices slightly this time because California: $450 members, $650 non-members, $1000 for-profit institutions
- Reduce $1000 for-profit rate to $950?

2016 Membership drive
- Goal of achieving 100 members (1/3 from Europe, museum, and government sectors)
- Trying to raise number of memberships and extend reach into other sectors
- Need Leaders to form Special Interest Groups for each category - who will participate?
- Europe/International: Julie Allinson, Neil Jefferies, Susan Lafferty
- Museums: Neil Jefferies, Robin Ruggaber
- Government: Robin Ruggaber, Stefano Cossu?
- Open up more broadly to community members after establishing core group membership from Leaders
- ACTIONS:
- David Wilcox: Create wiki for sign-up
- Get groups together for kickoff meeting to formalize mandate
- Debra: Will want to eventually connect in to other international groups involved with DuraSpace
- Important to share information between groups so that multiple groups aren't contacting/harassing the same person/institution about Fedora/DuraSpace membership
