Platform Tests

Perform tests and make fixes against the fcrepo-4.0.0-beta-01-RC.  If possible, attach logs of any failed runs when completed.

Tomcat

• Linux - version?
  • Michael Durbin Tomcat 7.0.54: simply copied war file into webapps directory.  Application seemed fine, content was stored in ./fcrepo4-data.  Process failed to terminate with $CATALINA_HOME/bin/shutdown.sh and had to be killed, but that may be normal for tomcat.
