1.Initiation
- The sponsoring committee (Standing Committee, Advisory Committee, or PoCo) completes the Transmittal Form and Charge Document.
- The sponsoring committee chair(s) create a Wiki page for the group and post the charge and membership information.
- The sponsoring committee chair(s) share the approved charge document with the PCC Secretariat so it can be added to the PCC website.
2.Interim Report Phase
- TG chair prepares the Interim Report.
- The sponsoring committee reviews the interim report and, once approved, shares it with the PCC chair for discussion and approval.
- Once approved, the sponsoring committee chair(s) share the approved interim report with the PCC Secretariat so it can be posted to the PCC website.
- After the report is available on the PCC website, the sponsoring committee chair(s) add the link to the group’s Wiki page.
3. Final Report Phase
- The TG prepares the Final Report using the Task Group Final Report Template.
- The sponsoring committee reviews the final report, provides feedback, and submits it to the PCC chair when it is ready.
- The PCC chair prepares a copy of the final report for review and vote by PoCo.
4. Wrap-Up
- Once approved by PoCo, the sponsoring committee chair(s) share the final version of the report and the transmittal form with the PCC Secretariat for posting on the PCC website.
- After the report is available on the PCC website, the sponsoring committee chair(s) add the link to the group’s Wiki page.
- The sponsoring committee chair(s) notify the PCC Secretariat when the task group has been discharged.
- The sponsoring committee chair(s) update the PCC Task Group spreadsheet.
- The PCC chair sends a thank-you email to the TG members.
