The filter functions available in DSpace-CRIS have been configured for all classifications used in the extended SynSICRIS data model. A visual representation of the data in pre-configured pie charts and bar charts is coupled with the filters. The filters and visualisations are located in list views within the projects and in the cross-project search. The cross-project search has a 2-step structure. Step 1 allows narrowing down the projects to be included in the search. Step 2 then includes the actual filter, free-text search and provides the visualisations. Thus, search queries such as "Search for innovations of the type "product" within the projects with a project start date after 2020" become possible.
All search results can be exported to csv for further analysis in statisic and table calculation programmes.
Furthermore a PDF-Export for the whole project content (as proposal or report) were defined via XSL-FO. This Report contains all information which is part of the proposal or later on a report.
