The KnowledgeBase is under development and has been made viewable to the user communities to allow for content contributions and feedback. Please post your content in the appropriate section and/or feedback in the comments section located at the bottom of each page.
The DuraSpace organization, third party service providers and members of the DuraSpace user communities regularly produce webinars on specific topics of interest. Some of these webinars would be useful to include in the KnowledgBase. For inclusion in the KnowledgeBase the most effective webinar recordings should offer the audience an integrated audio/video recordings – providing the both the audio recording of the presenter speaking as well as the video recording of his/her presentation slides.
Below are some general guidelines:
- Select presentation slides which describe a topic reasonably, especially since the KnowledgeBase audience was not present to hear the presenter
- Select presentations topics that will stand the test of time and will not be out-of-date with the next software release
- If possible, provide both a native presentation file (.PPT, .ODP, etc.) in case other members of the community would like to re-use the slides as well as a PDF version
- To embed a link to slides that are already posted in a repository or some other website by using the following syntax in the "Wiki Markup" edit mode:
