1.  Firewall issue is resolved.  PR needs to be created and merged.
   1. We will cut a 7.1.1 release with this single bugfix. 
   2. No dependency/maintenance issues to include.
2. Docker/Terraform Mill to be released shortly. 
   1. Danny needs to complete testing on the dev system
   2. Danny will cut a release of the mill
   3. Danny will write up instructions for upgrading mill deployment system.
