Group Agreement
- Make your best effort to attend each session
- Be aware of time. We have a short time to meet and a lot to cover.
- Keep your video on as much as you are able
- Take space, make space. If you are more talkative, try being mindful of that and giving more space to others; if you are more reserved, try speaking up more
- Be aware of different communication styles–the ways we communicate differently based on our backgrounds and current contexts–and look for ways to expand your communication tool kits.
