Sonatype authentication approach 

Sonatype changed its authentication approach via maven scripts to be based on token, previously it was based on username and password. More details on how to generate a token can be found at https://central.sonatype.org/publish/generate-token/. 

Dragan tested the new approach for the releasing VIVO 1.14.3 and it works. Dragan update wiki release process documentation - https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVO/VIVO+Release+Process.

It was released in the previous week. Dragan and Christian tested the release candidate before publishing release. 

VIVO 1.15.0 PRs

Two more PRs for reviewing and merging before we prepare a release candidate. Team discussed whether https://github.com/vivo-project/Vitro/pull/470 might be merged after it has been reviewed by German native speakers (Matthias Lühr and Markus Kotte). Dragan suggested merging that, there was no objection from the team members. Brian will review again https://github.com/vivo-project/Vitro/pull/424 and if everything is ok it might be also ready for merging. Once when it is merged, Dragan will send a message in #committers channel to check if we are ready for preparing the VIVO 1.15.0 release candidate 1.  It will be tested in the next couple of weeks, while we are updating technical documentation.

Brian will address this issue - https://github.com/vivo-project/VIVO/issues/3901. Georgy will try to find time to work on documentation of advanced role management, he will try to document permission policies at the example of using custom SPARQL query for applying specific permission policy for the certain instances. Georgy should also try to document configuration of filters for the search page. Dragan has already prepared Release note wiki page, and googleForms for testing release candidate.
