This is a WIP!

With so many different Linux distros, package installers, and lines of thought it is impossible to describe them all.

For this I have settled on the following for this Development VM
- CentOS 7.7 (Server with GUI option)
  - Host - Hyper-V on Windows 10 1909
  - Started from ISO - CentOS-7-x86_64-Everything-1908.iso
  - Why CentOS 7 and not CentOS 8?
    - CentOS 7 is proven and stable.

Tomcat 9
Git 2.22
MariaDB 10.4
Solr 8.4.1
Visual Studio Code 1.42.0
- Starter set of Extensions and Packs
  - Java Extension Pack
  - Git Extension Pack
  - Spring Boot Extension Pack
  - YAML
  - Beautify
  - Tomcat for Java
  - Checkstyle for Java
  - MySQL
    - Also works for MariaDB
  - FreeMarker
