- Update on the 1.3 release plans – Cornell is expecting to freeze 1.4 code early next week; Indiana by the 11th. Cornell is likely to need the full 2 weeks of testing given the wholesale conversion of custom forms from JSPs to FreeMarker.
- Michael Grobe demonstrated his work in Joomla to adapt the concept of the Purdue Data Viewer to display the results of a SPARQL query to VIVO. His version collapses the multiple rows of a SPARQL query result set and supports exploration of the multiple values per row for each column of data – positions, departments, grants, publications, etc.
- Mummi Thorisson demonstrated his OAuth-enabled profile exchange application, showing how this simple app can connect to a VIVO profile via the VIVO login and pull back profile elements to the app. He sent a note to the development list after the call with pointers to his code and documentation on Github. Mummi also mentioned being hampered by VIVO's hardwired redirection of a logging in user to their profile page if it exists – see NIHVIVO-3279
- Sakai Open Academic Environment - John Norman at Cambridge University is using linked data from Cornell's VIVO to test the use of VIVO profile information in the new Sakai Open Academic Environment, and has requested access to the VIVO solr index for further testing. Florida and IU both have large Sakai CLE installations.
