Primary is used to specify the primary bitstream.
For items that are enabled for IIIF viewing these additional definitions can be used:
'IIIFLABEL': is the label that will be used for the image in the viewer.
'IIIFTOC': is the label that will be used for a table of contents entry in the viewer
'IIIFWIDTH': the image width that will be used for the IIIF canvas
'IIIFHEIGHT': the image height that will be used for the IIIF canvas
